Agents can only bill to projects and expenses allowed by Managers and/or Accounting.

Agent rates and bonuses can be customized by project.

Create invoices as PDFs,  by bill period or a date range.

No time sheets or 3rd party billings will be invoiced until approved either by the Project Manager or Accounting.

AFE and/or "Do Not Exceeds" limits can be set and monitored with automatic notification emails and text.

Once the "Do Not Exceed" limits are reached, no additional time or billings can be entered for that project until accounting allows it.
